The Richmond Real Estate Market has been difficult to navigate the past few years due to lack of inventory and multiple offers. It is a challenging time for buyers and for Realtors who work predominantly with buyers (that’s us) because for every home that receives multiple offers, there is only 1 winner. Sarah and I have pivoted and adapted our strategies to help win multiple offers year after year. We work with buyers almost 5:1 as many times as we work with sellers, and we have absolutely killed it in a very difficult market. In 2022, Sarah and I sold a little over $30 Million in real estate together. We know what it takes to craft a winning offer, and we are happy to say that we don’t lose many. Who you choose to work with matters, now more than ever, and Taylor is currently ranked in the top 50 Realtors in our entire MLS system. We hear from other agents too often how they are writing their 10th(+) offer for a particular client, and we have never had to do that. The proof is in the pudding.
